These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of fortresshvac.com (the "Site"), operated by Fortress Home Services LLC, doing business as Fortress Cooling and Heating ("Fortress," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Site

The Site provides information about our heating and cooling services and lets you contact us or request service. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when submitting forms.

Content on the Site is for general information. Service availability, pricing, and scope of work are confirmed directly with you before any work is performed.

SMS messaging program terms

Program name: Fortress Cooling and Heating (Fortress Home Services LLC)

  1. Program description. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Fortress Cooling and Heating, which may include appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling and technician-arrival updates, service follow-ups, and — only if you separately opt in — occasional offers and company updates.
  2. Opting out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
  3. Help. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to [email protected] or 602-560-6240.
  4. Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. Message and data rates. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
  6. Privacy. For privacy-related inquiries, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
  7. Consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
  8. Compliance. This messaging program is operated in accordance with applicable industry standards, including CTIA messaging guidelines, and applicable federal and state law.

The Site and its content — including text, logos, and graphics — are owned by Fortress Home Services LLC and protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce or use them without our written permission.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fortress Home Services LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
